At HBADA Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chair and place all components, hardware, and manuals back into the original HBADA shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
